Card Cache – Refund Policy

🔁 All Sales Are Final

 

Due to the nature of collectible trading card products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for the following:

  • Mystery packs (e.g., Fire Cache or other drops)

  • Opened or unsealed TCG products

  • Individual card purchases (singles)

  • Change-of-mind or “bad pulls”

We make every effort to clearly describe product contents and conditions so you know exactly what you're buying.
 

✅ Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

We will provide a replacement, refund, or store credit only in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item arrived damaged in transit

To qualify:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • You must include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • Email us at info@cardcache.net or use our Contact Page
     

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

 

Once a tracking number has been issued and your order marked as shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
If your order is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it:

  • Please check with your local post office or carrier first

  • Then contact us if you still need help

We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee refunds for lost packages unless covered by the shipping provider.
 

❗ Unauthorized Returns

 

Any packages returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted for refund or reshipment.
