By purchasing from Card Cache, you agree to the terms listed below. These terms apply to all products and services sold on our website, including single cards, sealed TCG products, accessories, and curated mystery packs.

2. Products and Services

Card Cache offers the following products:

  • Factory-sealed trading card items (e.g., booster packs, elite trainer boxes, bundles)

  • Single trading cards in various conditions

  • Mystery packs (e.g., Fire Cache), which are blind-packaged and tiered

  • Accessories (e.g., sleeves, toploaders, binders)

All product listings are described as accurately as possible. Card conditions follow generally accepted grading standards (Near Mint, Light Play, etc.), and any notable issues are disclosed in the product description.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment is due at checkout and accepted via approved payment processors on our website.

  • Discounts, promotions, and coupons may be limited to specific products or periods.

4. Shipping and Fulfillment

  • Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days unless otherwise noted.

  • Shipping is available to U.S. addresses only at this time.

  • All orders are packed securely. Mystery packs are randomized and sealed prior to sale.

  • Tracking numbers will be provided upon shipment when applicable.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of trading card value and pack randomization, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

  • If an incorrect item was sent or an item was damaged in shipping, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to resolve the issue.

  • Refunds or replacements for incorrect/damaged items will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Mystery Packs (e.g., Fire Cache)

  • All mystery packs are curated fairly and randomized before sale.

  • Chase cards are distributed across packs to ensure excitement and fairness but are not guaranteed.

  • Card Cache is not liable for perceived resale value or desirability of pack contents.

7. Card Conditions

Unless noted otherwise, singles sold on the site are considered Near Mint to Lightly Played. We do our best to provide cards in the best possible condition and inspect every item before shipping.

8. Intellectual Property

All original content on this site, including the Card Cache name, branding, logos, graphics, and custom images, is the property of Card Cache and may not be used without permission.

Some product images, names, or trademarks (e.g., Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Disney Lorcana) are the property of their respective rights holders and are used only for product identification and resale purposes. Card Cache is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.

9. Updates

These Terms & Conditions may be updated without notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
