🚚 Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days, unless otherwise noted (e.g., preorders or special drops).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS or another trusted carrier.
Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order has been fulfilled.

Packaging

All singles and mystery packs are sleeved and protected.
Premium hits are toploaded for extra protection.
Orders are shipped in bubble mailers or boxes, depending on size.

Delivery Issues

Once an order has been marked as shipped and a tracking number provided, delivery responsibility is transferred to the carrier.
If your order is marked delivered but not received, please check with your local post office before contacting us.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of trading card sales, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any product, including singles, sealed product, and mystery packs.

Mystery Packs

All mystery pack sales (e.g., Fire Cache) are blind-packed and tiered.
Pack contents are randomized before sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded based on pull value or personal expectations.

Exceptions
We will make it right in the event of:

Damaged items during shipping
Incorrect item(s) received

To qualify:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
Include your order number and photos of the issue

If approved, we may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

🧾 Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before they are marked as shipped.
Contact us immediately at info@cardcache.net to request cancellation.
